Kindergarten teacher gave us her tadpoles at the end of the school year. The boys were very excited and we trudged down the street to a river near our house every other day to get them fresh pond water.
We actually had one with legs that we affectionately named "big guy". One day daddy decided it would be better if the froglets lived in the garage instead of the counter, after only one day in the garage they all died. It was a sad day. We are not sure why they did, Well it turns out a week later Daddy was taking the boys to mud pond and on the way stopped by a friends house after spotting her outside in her yard, she was trying to clean her pool out and it was infested with none other than frogs tons of frogs. So we got frogs after all and they were much easier to take care of.
After a few days we decided to release them into a more natural habitat so we set off to mud pond to release the frogs.
Run away little froggy run away!
After all the hard work of watching dad release the frogs the boys were ready to go swimming, But mom didn't pack the swim suits...............
That didn't stop them
They stripped to their undies and jumped in.
